Your proficiency in the software, along with your strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes, will be essential in producing accurate and professional designs.

Requirements

• Expertise in Chief Architect software, with a proven track record of drafting architectural designs
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, U.S building codes, and construction methods
• Experience creating detailed and accurate architectural drawings and Permit plans
• Proficiency doing 3D rendering for interiors and exteriors
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• English fluency
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients remotely
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet project deadlines
• Candidates must have a stable internet connection and be available for full-time positions
