A global real estate development group is seeking an On-site MEP Engineer for a luxury project in Ceará, Brazil. This fully onsite role requires relocation to a local village and involves supporting ongoing construction. You will collaborate with architects and engineers while providing technical guidance on Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing designs to ensure compliance with luxury standards. Candidates should have at least 3 years of onsite experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Competitive compensation and relocation support are offered.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of onsite construction experience in Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems.
• Proven experience working on high-end residential or hospitality projects.
• In-depth understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the design process.
• Assist in reviewing and evaluating Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing designs.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers for MEP system integration.
• Resolve technical issues during the design phase.
• Stay updated on industry trends and codes related to luxury systems.
• Assist in managing changes and variations in projects.
