Kimpton Sevn Dubai is seeking a Recreation & Spa Manager to lead spa, recreation, fitness and wellness operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences in a pre-opening luxury hotel.

You will shape the wellness culture, recruit and develop teams, and collaborate with hotel leadership to set standards, programs and guest journeys that reflect the Kimpton brand. This role requires 5–8 years in luxury spa leadership and pre-opening experience.

Formación

• 5–8 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury hotel spas, wellness resorts, or recreation operations.
• Previous Spa Manager, Recreation Manager, or Wellness leadership experience preferred.
• Pre-opening experience highly desirable

Responsabilidades

• Lead spa, recreation, fitness, and wellness operations under the Hotel Manager.
• Develop guest journeys and wellness programming to elevate guest experiences.
• Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing wellness professionals.
• Oversee daily operations, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless wellness experiences.
