Kimpton Sevn Dubai is hiring an Assistant Bar Manager to lead a luxury bar pre-opening team. You will shape the bar's personality, drive beverage excellence, and ensure memorable guest experiences.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will develop the team, maintain high service standards, and contribute to a vibrant, guest-centric atmosphere that reflects the Kimpton personality.

Formación

• 3–4 years of F&B or luxury bar experience.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• GCC/Dubai experience beneficial.
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
• Relevant beverage or bartending qualifications are an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the floor and support smooth, energetic service.
• Coach, motivate, and develop the bar team.
• Build beverage knowledge and ensure consistent service.
• Collaborate with F&B and hotel teams to create seamless experiences.
• Lead pre-shift briefings and social team engagement.
• Support beverage development and seasonal initiatives.
