Kimpton Sevn Dubai is seeking a Chief Concierge who brings personality, curiosity, local knowledge, strong connections, and a genuine passion for people. You will lead the Concierge operation, shape guest experiences, and build a culture that reflects Kimpton’s service ethos.

Reporting to the Director of Front Office, you will recruit, coach, and develop the team, forge partnerships across Dubai, and design personalised experiences that make guests feel known and valued from day one.

Formación

• 3-4 years of luxury, lifestyle, or upscale hospitality experience.
• Previous Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office leadership experience.
• Strong VIP and personalised guest service experience.
• Excellent Dubai and UAE destination knowledge.
• Pre-opening and GCC experience are advantages.

Reporting to the Director of Front Office, the Chief Concierge will lead the Concierge operation at Kimpton Sevn Dubai.

• • Lead daily Concierge operations and ensure seamless service

Team Leadership

• • Lead, coach, and develop the Concierge team

Dubai & Partnerships

• • Maintain exceptional knowledge of Dubai and the UAE
• • Discover new restaurants, experiences, events, and hidden gems
• • Build strong relationships with local hospitality and lifestyle partners
• • Create a trusted network that benefits our guests

Pre-Opening

• • Help build the Concierge operation from the ground up
• • Develop SOPs, service standards, and guest experience guidelines
• • Build the local partner network and Dubai knowledge database
• • Support recruitment, training, and team development
• • Participate in mock services and pre-opening readiness

Education
