Opaa! Food Management is seeking kitchen staff to assist with daily setup, food preparation, and serving in a high-volume environment. Roles include operating kitchen equipment, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring FIFO inventory.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED and be able to follow recipes, maintain hygiene standards, and support food safety protocols as part of a cohesive team.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; or up to one month related experience, training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with set-up of serving lines daily and ensure food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare foods according to menu plan and Opaa! recipes; plan and prep for next day menus.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other equipment with proper certification.
• Keep work areas neat, clean and organized; maintain FIFO storage.
• Clean kitchen and cafeteria areas including equipment and dishes.
