Oakmont Management Group is hiring a Server for a part-time weekend shift at a senior living community. The server will deliver meals with courtesy, take orders via POS, and support dining operations in a residential setting.

Applicants should be 16+, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be capable of interacting respectfully with residents, families, and staff. Training is provided, with benefits including meal perks and health coverage where applicable.

Formación

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact effectively with staff, physicians, residents and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests including TB tests.
• Oakmont may require vaccination and PPE as per regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Take residents' and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter into the POS system.
• Set up and break down (bus) tables.
• Observe proper serving techniques and etiquette; assist with course transitions.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests; follow safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with coworkers and other departments.
