Power International Holding is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Digital Workspace team. You will provide first-line technical support for devices, accounts, and collaboration tools, ensuring staff can work without disruption.

The ideal candidate has hands-on helpdesk or desktop support experience, strong customer service, and solid problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include onboarding/offboarding, account management, and assisting with Microsoft 365 apps.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 1–3 years of helpdesk or desktop support experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good ticket management and follow-up practices.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-focused support experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line support for digital workspace tools, devices, accounts, and productivity platforms.
• Resolve common technical issues and service requests promptly.
• Escalate unresolved issues with proper documentation.
• Prepare laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new employees.
• Support device refresh, replacement, and asset handling activities.
• Create and remove user accounts during onboarding and offboarding.
• Support password resets and access-related requests.
• Provide support for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Ensure hardware/software usage complies with company standards.
• Maintain inventory records and report non-compliance issues.
• Assist in implementing self-service tools and automated workflows.
• Update support tickets accurately and maintain service records.

Requirements
