Transsion in Caracas, Venezuela is seeking an HR Analyst (Recruitment & Selection) to manage end-to-end recruitment, source and interview candidates, and support onboarding and payroll administration.

The role requires at least 1 year in HR/recruitment, strong communication, and fluency in English and Spanish, with on-site duties in Caracas.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
• Experience with sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Basic payroll knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Role Overview
