The Madison Club in La Quinta seeks a Sales Coordinator to be a friendly, organized liaison between the sales team and guests. You will support operations, guest interactions, and frontline hospitality while helping drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating tours, managing appointments, and assisting with CRM data entry and communications. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or an office setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Dropbox and Google Workspace and email.

Responsabilidades

• Greet walk-in visitors and connect them with the right sales representative.
• Maintain a welcoming, high-quality environment from arrival.
• Check in scheduled appointments and manage visitor log.
• Respond to inquiries and route calls following SOP.
• Coordinate with sales staff on daily schedule and guest arrivals.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and office duties.
