Job summary

HoopStars, a Toronto-based youth basketball business, seeks a hands-on General Manager to lead marketing, ecommerce and profitable growth. You will split time between HoopStars and building the parent Community Sports Partners' marketing team across brands. Remote from LATAM with Toronto working hours and potential future relocation to US/Canada.

You will own budgets, customer experience, and performance reporting, while building a team and improving acquisition, conversion and retention metrics.

Qualifications

• Proven results in paid acquisition, conversion and retention.
• Experience managing profitability beyond a marketing budget.
• Experience hiring and managing marketers, creatives or agencies.

Responsibilities

• Run HoopStars: own business plan, budget, revenue, profitability and cash forecasts.
• Lead sales and operations ensuring programs, coaches, venues and service quality.
• Drive digital growth: paid search, social, landing pages and enrollment funnels.
• Build the parent marketing team: structure, hires, contractors or agencies.
• Establish commercial discipline: connect campaigns to customers, enrollments and profit.
