CORE is seeking a Global Response Manager for Emergency Response Team to lead humanitarian and emergency response programs worldwide. The role deploys within 48 hours to disasters, leading field teams and coordinating with partners to ensure effective response operations.

The ideal candidate has strong humanitarian field leadership, familiarity with coordination systems, and experience managing programs in complex environments. Domestic and international field deployments are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in humanitarian studies, emergency management, international development or related field preferred but not required.
• Extensive field experience in humanitarian response, disaster operations, or program management in lieu of formal education encouraged.
• Experience with NGOs or international organizations and humanitarian coordination systems.
• Valid Passport & Driver’s License with clean record in last five years.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global emergency response operations and field teams on short notice (48 hours).
• Coordinate with governments, NGOs, and coordination mechanisms to ensure integrated responses.
• Develop and implement response strategies, plans, and budgets with donor alignment.
• Oversee staffing, logistics, procurement, and program implementation oversight.
