IFRC is seeking a PMER specialist to strengthen the quality, accountability, performance, and impact of emergency programmes in Venezuela. You will provide technical guidance on PMER, lead MEAL planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting for the Emergency Appeal, and support NS partners with capacity-building efforts to ensure results-based management and learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, international development, or a related field.
• Experience in PMER, RBM, Monitoring and Evaluation.
• Strong report writing and product delivery under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and ability to transform data into narratives and reports.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and monitor MEAL activities across Emergency Appeal and NS plans.
• Develop and maintain MEAL framework, ITTs, and dashboards.
• Coordinate data collection, analysis, and reporting with NS and PNSs.
• Lead evaluations and lessons-learned workshops; ensure learning is captured.
• Support capacity building and use of PMER tools across the operation.
