All Hands and Hearts is seeking a technical coordination lead to manage in-kind emergency Shelter/NFI design, implementation and monitoring for earthquake-affected communities. Open to qualified national and international candidates, reporting to the Program Manager.

You will oversee assessments, develop bills of quantities, supervise distributions, and liaise with authorities and partners, ensuring compliance with Sphere standards and safety guidelines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years implementing emergency Shelter/NFI programs.
• Spanish fluency; English preferred.
• Strong communication and reporting skills; proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-kind emergency Shelter/NFI design and implementation.
• Oversee shelter assessments and risk prioritization.
• Prepare technical designs, bills of quantities and work plans.
• Coordinate distributions, repairs, and safety measures.
• Provide technical oversight and training to teams.
• Represent All Hands and Hearts with partners and authorities.
