Airswift is seeking an AP Analyst to join a leading international Energy/Oil & Gas company in Venezuela. You will manage the full accounts payable cycle, process invoices, assist with payments, and support month-end closing.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, strong Excel and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), and fluency in English and Spanish. This role requires attention to detail and cross-team collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
• Experience in Energy/Oil & Gas preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Process and verify vendor invoices in line with policies.
• Manage full AP cycle: coding, approvals, payments.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end AP closing.
• Monitor AP aging and ensure timely settlements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in AP.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance and operations teams.
