Voltech HR Services (VHRS) seeks a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive international sales and marketing efforts from Venezuela. You will lead business development, manage customer relationships, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to secure overseas projects.

The candidate should have 2–10 years of experience in foreign sales and marketing, with MBA or Civil Engineering background, and willingness to reside in the overseas location for the assignment.

Formación

• Experience in foreign sales, international marketing, business development or B2B sales.
• Experience in steel, construction materials, EPC, infrastructure, fabrication, industrial products or related sectors.
• MBA, Civil Engineering or Graduate.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and customer relationship management skills.
• Willingness to work and stay in the assigned overseas location.
• Ability to understand technical/project requirements and communicate effectively with customers and internal sales teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies for overseas markets.
• Identify and pursue new customers; generate leads and develop business relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and close deals with international clients.
