Job summary
M365Consult, a Latvia-based startup, is looking for a finance professional to own accounting, configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and guide AI-assisted workflows. You will migrate from QuickBooks, manage daily bookkeeping, and ensure Latvian tax compliance while handling cross-border transactions.
The role offers full-time, fully remote work with flexible hours, and compensation discussed transparently in USD monthly.
Qualifications
- Experience handling full accounting cycle for European companies.
- Experience with Latvian tax reporting (VID/EDS) is a plus.
- Hands-on setup of Dynamics 365 BC and migration work.
- Ability translate business needs into accounting configuration.
- Experience using AI-assisted finance workflows and supervision.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, closing and reporting.
- Lead migration from QuickBooks to Business Central end-to-end.
- Configure BC chart of accounts, VAT, bank accounts and periods.
- Handle Latvian tax reporting and cross-border transactions.
- Supervise AI agents in accounting processes and verify outputs.
