Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Solution Architect for a consulting/Big 4 environment. The role focuses on presales, high‑level architecture, and delivering large‑scale Dynamics CE and Power Platform projects with onshore/offshore teams. Hybrid work in Sliema, Malta with visa/relocation support.

Formación

• 15+ years IT experience in implementing End-To-End Large scale solutions including Dynamics CE(CRM) & Power Platform
• Architected, designed and implemented 7–8 full scale industry solutions using Dynamics CE (CRM), Integrations, Power Platform
• Experience leading multi-region implementations and pre‑sales activities

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
• Champion SME for technical and functional solutions across the Microsoft platform
• Design and development of domain specific implementations and use of out-of-the-box Dynamics 365 functionality
• Identify skilling opportunities and define training needs within the team
• Assist in industry-specific Solution Offerings that differentiate our client
• Provide on-site support and mentor junior members of the team
• Travel abroad when required
