ABM Industries seeks a Facility Supervisor to create and maintain facilities that meet customer, regulatory, and good maintenance practices. Pay is $68,000 per year and benefits are provided. Hours: Mon to Fri 7AM to 4PM.

You will lead staff development, ensure compliance with codes and SOPs, manage budgets, and coordinate with senior management across sites. Proficiency with Maximo CMMS and MS Office is expected, with at least five years in facility operations and three in leadership.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years Facility Operations experience
• Minimum 3 years leadership/supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Experience with Maximo CMMS

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement staff development programs to meet staffing needs
• Ensure facility compliance with codes, SOPs, policies and procedures
• Develop and manage departmental budgets
• Oversee a strategic plan for Facilities Management
• Communicate with customers and provide status reports on work orders
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to personnel
• Ensure maintenance activities are balanced and CMMS documentation is up to date
• Advise senior management on facilities maintenance issues across sites
