CMA CGM Venezuela is seeking an Equipment & Logistics Professional to strengthen our team in Venezuela. The successful candidate will optimize stocks, forecast equipment, and oversee container movements to ensure reliable service for stakeholders.

Responsibilities include tracking bookings, controlling costs, and coordinating various container arrangements, all while applying strong knowledge of Venezuelan customs and shipping practices. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade/International Business or related fields.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics, with at least 3 years of experience supervising International Logistics.
• Knowledge in Customs regulations in Venezuela is highly derised.
• Strong experience in containers’ management in the Shipping industry.
• Advance English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Organize empty container’s surplus evacuation.
• Follow bookings and commercial needs to anticipate equipment provision.
• Control release & redeliver equipment process.
• Coordinate container on hire / off hire / sublease / sales.
• Control empty storage & transport costs.
• Manage Seal Stock.
• Manage depot service sourcing & procurement.
• Support intermodal services’ activities in the Agency.

Equipment & Logistics Professional - Venezuela

Job purpose:

We are seeking a highly qualified Equipment & Logistics Professional to join our team in Venezuela. The successful candidate will play a key role in our logistics operations, meeting KPIs and delivering a high level of service to stakeholders. The position requires a solid background in logistics, particularly in the Shipping Industry, as well as a strong understanding of International Trade practices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze and manage stocks.
