Formación

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in manufacturing with operations management and supervision.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, CIP, 6S and ISO quality systems.
• Experience mentoring and management training and a leadership-focused working style.
• Proficiency with order management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in seals and rotating equipment repair/operation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive QRC metrics for year over year improvement in safety, quality, operational excellence and customer experience.
• Enforce safety and quality standards and foster a safety-first culture at the site.
• Prepare and execute an operations plan including labor absorption, cost management, quality and maintenance.
• Achieve best-in-class customer service with fast response times and quality.
• Recruit, train, review, motivate and manage QRC personnel and plan succession.
