Flowserve Corporation is seeking a QRC Manager to lead site operations, drive customer experience, and oversee repair scope and manufacturing activities. You will champion safety, quality, and operational excellence while delivering KPI targets and coordinating with Sales, Operations, and Finance.

The role requires 8–10 years of manufacturing operations experience, with expertise in Kaizen/Lean/Six Sigma and ISO quality systems, and strong leadership capabilities.

Formación

• BS or BA in a relevant field and 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in manufacturing operations management and supervision.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, CIP, and 6S methods.
• Familiarity with ISO quality management systems.
• Ability to mentor employees and manage teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive QRC metrics for YoY safety, quality, operations, and customer experience improvements.
• Enforce safety and quality standards across the site.
• Develop and execute an operations plan including labor absorption, cost management, quality, and maintenance.
