Flowserve de Venezuela C.C.A. seeks a QRC Manager to lead site operations, drive safe, high-quality execution, and enhance the customer experience through rapid response and effective repair planning.

Formación

• Relevant experience in manufacturing with operations management.
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean, 6-Sigma, CIP, 6S and ISO quality systems.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams with a collaborative style.
• Proficiency in order management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Experience in repair services and rotating equipment context is preferred.
• BS or BA Degree in a relevant field with 8–10 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive QRC metrics for YoY improvement in safety, quality, operational excellence and customer experience.
• Enforce safety and quality standards across the site.
• Prepare and execute an operations plan including labor absorption, cost management, quality and efficiency improvements, facility maintenance and capital management.
• Achieve industry-leading customer service with fast response and top-quality output.
• Recruit, train, review and manage QRC personnel; establish succession planning.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial Ops, Operations and Finance to ensure clear communication of orders and initiatives.
• Support Flowserve performance culture and overall site performance.
