Access Salud, C.A. is hiring a bilingual customer assistant to support English-speaking patients and health professionals. This full-time, daytime role is based in Caracas and requires front-line calls, data entry, and interaction with multiple platforms.

You will join a service-oriented team, receive 100% paid training from day one, and work in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required, but punctuality and a detail-oriented approach are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and make calls to English-speaking people.
• Interact with different platforms and databases.
• Manage requirements of patients and health personnel.
• Other assignments related to the position.

Requirements:

• Advanced English level.
• Residing in Caracas (essential).
• Orientation to service and detail of processes.
• Punctuality and compliance with rules.
• Comply with a daytime, full-time and face-to-face workday from Monday to Saturday (to be defined by turns).

Essential knowledge and skills:

• Ability to converse fluently in English.
• Agility in the use of technological platforms.
• Easy to manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and service to people of different ages and socioeconomic strata.
