Rockwell Automation is seeking a SWC Solution Architect for the Andean Region to reactivate the Venezuela market and drive growth across strategic priorities. The role focuses on architecture, customer engagement, and strategic program execution within industrial automation.

You will report to the Manager, Business Segment SWC and lead workshops, define requirements, and develop robust architectures while collaborating with customers, partners and internal BU resources.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
• English in a good communicative level, spoken and written.
• 5+ years in commercial or project management roles.
• Experience with end-users, EPCs, OEMs, distributors, and system integrators.

Mansioni

• Design and architect end-to-end industrial automation solutions.
• Lead technical discovery workshops and define customer requirements.
• Develop control system, software, network, and cybersecurity architectures.
• Support strategic pursuits, proposals, demonstrations, and bid defenses.
• Build modernization roadmaps and migration strategies for installed-base customers.
• Be a technical advisor for customers, partners, and teams.
