Power International Holding is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to ensure the integrity of our accounting records, safeguard organizational assets, and lead the monthly financial closing and reporting process.

The role oversees a team of accounting professionals, maintains internal controls, and ensures compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. SAP experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including 5 in accounting roles.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accounting records in accordance with policies and GAAP.
• Ensure sub-ledgers reconcile with the general ledger.
• Review and approve vouchers (BPV, CPV, JV, RV, etc.).
• Review monthly accrued expenses and fixed asset depreciation for accuracy.
• Prepare and review the monthly trial balance.
• Review monthly bank reconciliations for all accounts.
• Review vendor reconciliations from accounts payable.
• Ensure transactions link to the general ledger.
• Provide guidance to strategic clients on account management.
• Lead, train, and support the accounting team for timely reporting.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to ensure the integrity of our accounting records, safeguard organizational assets, and lead the monthly financial closing and reporting process. This role oversees a team of accounting professionals, maintains internal controls, and ensures compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills, deep accounting expertise, and hands-on ERP experience (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting records are maintained in accordance with company policies, chart of accounts, and accepted accounting principles
• Ensure subordinate ledgers reconcile accurately with the general ledger
• Review and approve vouchers (BPV, CPV, JV, RV, etc.) prepared by accountants to ensure correct cost coding and cost center allocation
• Review monthly accrued expenses and fixed asset depreciation to ensure accuracy
• Prepare and review the monthly trial balance
• Review monthly bank reconciliations for all current accounts and bank liabilities
• Review vendor reconciliations prepared by the accounts payable section
• Ensure all transactions from system modules are correctly linked to the general ledger
• Provide guidance and support to strategic clients regarding account management
• Lead, train, and support the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Support HSE initiatives and participate in safety awareness and incident reporting activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 8 years of overall working experience, including 5 years in a relevant accounting role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance
• Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP functional experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
