Allstate Insurance Agency - Eric Jackson is seeking an Insurance Sales Professional to grow a local agency backed by a national brand. You will engage new prospects and build trusted relationships in the community, applying insurance knowledge and sales skills to explain value and protect customers.

Responsibilities include achieving sales goals through new business and cross-selling, qualifying leads, recommending Allstate products to meet customer needs, and delivering a positive customer

Qualifications

• Strong interest in a sales career – sales experience preferred
• No insurance experience required
• Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire (existing license is a plus!)
• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
