Job summary
A leading digital marketing company in the United States is looking for a Sales Leadership professional to lead and mentor their team of Account Directors. This role requires over 5 years of experience in sales leadership and substantial experience in enterprise-level software selling. The ideal candidate will drive sales processes, develop coaching plans for team members, and establish strong executive relationships. A competitive salary of up to $471,550 annually is offered along with career advancement opportunities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience in business application software.
- 10+ years of overall experience in enterprise-level software selling.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles with substantial subscription commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Directors to achieve sales targets.
- Develop individualized coaching plans and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Drive consensus and action across various internal teams to facilitate sales processes.
