The role encompasses designing, configuring, and presenting architectures, proofs of concept, and customer evaluations in collaboration with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Sales teams. The ideal candidate combines deep cybersecurity and networking knowledge with business acumen and a customer-focused mindset,

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Solution Architect in Cybersecurity or Networking.
• 5–15 years of experience delivering software or network solutions in Cybersecurity or Networking.
• Strong communication with security, network, and IT operations stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust concepts and Software Defined Perimeter.
• Experience designing architectures for public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, IBM Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Designs, delivers, and supports customer deployment projects of AppGate ZTNA solutions.
• Helps drive value and validate the solution for maximum customer value.
• Participates in strategic and tactical account planning discussions.
• Articulates AppGate value relative to competitors during deployment evaluations.
• Develops technical solutions to customer use cases.
• Leads testing and evaluation of new features for production readiness.
