Tata Consultancy Services in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a seasoned Zscaler operations specialist to administer ZIA and ZPA across FedRAMP Moderate, Commercial, and other environments, ensuring secure internet access and private application connectivity.

You will monitor health, manage policies, integrate NSS/LSS with SIEM, support ServiceNow workflows, and implement zero-trust controls while complying with data-residency requirements.

Formación

• Hands-on experience administering ZIA and ZPA in large global environments.
• Experience supporting secure internet access, private application access, branch and cloud connectivity.
• Experience operating Zscaler services across FedRAMP Moderate, Commercial, and China environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-to-end operational management of the global Zero Trust secure-connectivity platform.
• Administer ZIA and ZPA services across FedRAMP Moderate, Commercial, and China environments.
• Onboard private applications and SaaS services, configure access policies and segmentation.
• Monitor platform health, alerts, certificates, and connectivity; triage incidents in ITSM.
• Coordinate incidents, changes, and service restoration with cross-functional teams.
• Integrate NSS/LSS logs to SIEM platforms and support ServiceNow workflows.
