Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. is seeking an experienced security operations SME to own Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX support, manage vulnerabilities, and assist with incident response. You will orchestrate risk-reduction strategies and drive improvements across security tooling and processes.

The role requires 4–8 years in information security, strong experience with Qualys and SIEM, and the ability to operate in a 24x7 on-call environment in Indianapolis.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years+ in Information Security space.
• Experience with Zscaler ZIA/ZPA/ZDX and vulnerability management.
• Proficient with Qualys vulnerability management tool.
• Familiarity with SIEM and EDR solutions (CrowdStrike desirable).
• Ability to work in a 24x7 operations environment and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Zscaler Support in Operations for ZIA, ZPA and ZDX.
• Assess and improve security posture of the infrastructure and provide risk-reduction recommendations.
• Support security incident response; first line responder to incidents.
• Perform security research, analysis, vulnerability assessments and pentests.
• Monitor security systems for vulnerabilities and respond to findings.
• Provide vulnerability management program support.
• Assist in on-call system administration, including weekends/holidays.
• Coordinate with internal/external assets to fulfill information needs.
