Job summary

Zoom is seeking a hands-on Zoom AI DevOps Engineer to work on large-scale ZoomAI and Machine Learning services. You’ll join a fast-moving, technically advanced team focused on highly available systems (99.999%) and cutting-edge AI initiatives.

You’ll design and maintain deployment pipelines, implement zero-downtime upgrades, automate monitoring, and optimize CI/CD processes across AWS and containerized environments. This hybrid role offers collaboration across offices and remote work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Proficient with Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD and other DevOps tools.
• Strong monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack.
• Programming in Python, Shell, and scripting languages.
• Experience writing and managing Ansible Playbooks and Ansible Tower.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.

About the Team

The ZoomAI DevOps team is a collaborative group dedicated to building scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure for ZoomAI and Machine Learning services. Comprising individuals with varying levels of experience, the team promotes an open atmosphere. Knowledge sharing, innovation, and practical problem‑solving are integral to their daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining ZoomAI services' release deployment and maintenance.
• Conducting in-depth investigations across various ZoomAI services and environments to identify architectural or operational inefficiencies.
• Designing and implementing enhancements in deployment pipelines and CI/CD automation to improve reliability and accelerate release processes.
• Designing and implement zero-downtime Zoom services (99.999%)

What we're looking for

• Have hands‑on expertise in AWS Bedrock.
• Demonstrate experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Show skills in using Git, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and other DevOps tools.
• Bring expertise in Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and related monitoring tools.
• Demonstrate expertise in programming using Python, Shell, and various scripting languages.
• Own experience in writing and managing Ansible Playbooks and working with Ansible Tower.
• Exhibit deep understanding of Linux systems and shell environments.
• Bring experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum: $87,600.00

Maximum: $186,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
