Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in the preparation and revision of building construction plans and specifications or inspection/enforcement of zoning/construction regulations.
• Zoning Official certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of zoning ordinances, land use regulations and applicable laws.
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License required.
