Graybar is seeking a Zone Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, staff, security, equipment, and WMS processes to meet service standards. You will supervise daily activities, train staff, assign work, and manage shipping, receiving, and inventory control while ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role requires lifting up to 70 pounds and operating equipment, with base pay around $57,000 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse supervision or lead role.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 70 pounds.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment and WMS processes.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise employees engaged in loading, unloading, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Perform supervisory duties including training and assigning work; advise on staff changes.
• Move and handle inventory and operate equipment safely.
• Maintain safe working conditions and monitor shipping specifications.
• Prepare records, bills of lading, and inventory reports; assist with cycle counts.
