Graybar is seeking a Zone Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, staff and WMS processes to meet service standards. You will supervise loading, unloading, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control, train staff and assign work, and ensure safety on site.

The role requires the ability to lift/move materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and lead a team with strong communication and organizational skills. Base salary starts at $57,000 annually.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse supervision.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Physically capable to lift and move inventory up to 70 pounds.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and related equipment safely.
• Knowledge of warehouse layout, security, and PPE requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication and team training abilities.
• Proficient with WMS processes and system usage.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and perform activities of employees in loading, unloading, packing, shipping, receiving and inventory control.
• Maintain shipping accuracy, post weights/charges, and prepare bills of lading.
• Oversee inventory counts, cycle counts and year-end inventory tasks.
• Train, assign work, and evaluate staff; coordinate staffing as needed.
• Ensure safety, security of merchandise, and efficient warehouse operations.
