The Zone Lead reports to the Assistant Store Manager and coaches team members on visual priorities and customer experience. You will manage daily tasks, assist with freight, stocking, and inventory, and contribute to safety and loss prevention while ensuring a neat, inviting environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Support visual merchandising processes and transitions while maintaining visual integrity.
• Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks as delegated by ASM.
• Assist with freight processes and stock placement in designated zones.
• Support customer satisfaction, safety, and loss prevention within the store.
• Coach and train team on visual merchandising standards and practices.
• Review store scorecard data and act to improve sales and expenses metrics.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized zones with current signage and sets.
• Open availability including nights and weekends.
