Sunglass Hut, a world leader in premium sunglasses retail, seeks a Zone Trainer to elevate leadership and consistency across stores. You will coach Store Managers, Market Managers, and Regional Managers to improve customer experience, conversion, and business results.

Join our dynamic team in a role that blends field coaching with strategic partnership to ZVPs, ZDs, and HRBP. Expect 50% travel, a comprehensive training calendar, and a total rewards package including bonus opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Learning, Training, or Retail Leadership.
• Experience delivering training in classroom, small group, and 1-on-1 settings preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of retail KPIs and performance drivers.
• Ability to create strategies and action plans to drive results.

Responsabilidades

• Create behavioral training strategies for company initiatives across Zone.
• Coach Store Managers, Market Managers, and Regional Managers to close behavior gaps impacting conversion and customer experience.
• Develop leaders using peer-to-peer coaching to drive sustainable behavior change.
• Analyze zone, region, and store performance data to identify opportunities and execute action plans.
• Facilitate and reinforce company initiatives including RX, SGH Experience, 5 Growth Pillars, and new initiatives.
