Job summary

Sunglass Hut is seeking a Store Manager to lead on the sales floor and serve as a role model for the team. You’ll coach, develop, and inspire associates to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience that drives sales and strengthens customer relationships.

You will manage staffing, implement store strategies, and ensure execution of brand standards while maintaining an engaging, inclusive work environment and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail or comparable environment.
• Strong knowledge of store operations and customer service execution.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks and policies.
• Ability to apply critical thinking to achieve operational execution.
• Comfort with coaching and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Leads on the sales floor, serving as a role model and ambassador for Sunglass Hut.
• Drives sales by coaching and inspiring the team to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience.
• Develops and executes the store's strategic plan to achieve financial results.
• Recruits, hires, and trains staff to meet staffing needs and onboarding standards.
• Mentors team through development plans and performance feedback.
• Maintains brand standards and executes promotions, policies, and procedures.
