Sunglass Hut is seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead on the floor, coach a high-performing team, and deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience to every customer. You will guide daily operations, drive sales, and model brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role demands 2+ years of leadership experience, strong store-operations know-how, and a detail-oriented mindset to ensure flawless execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of leadership experience.
Expertise in store operations and execution.
Detail-oriented with strong execution.

Responsibilities

Lead on-the-floor presence and coach team to deliver The Sunglass Hut Experience.
Develop and implement the store’s strategic plan to achieve financial results.
Drive sales by identifying opportunities to reach personal and store goals.
Mentor and inspire associates to deliver exceptional customer service and brand standards.
Recruit, hire, and train new staff using onboarding tools provided.
Foster a positive, development-focused environment to retain talent.
Maintain brand integrity and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
Build customer relationships and act as the Sunglass Hut brand ambassador.
