Position Overview:

The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) oversees a specific zone of the retail sales floor, guiding a team passionate about merchandising and customer service, ensuring operational excellence in merchandising and customer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute procedures related to merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and recovery.
• Maintain store standards, compliance, seasonal transitions, inventory, and company programs.
• Manage the Door to Floor process for merchandise receipt and stocking.
• Supervise associates within the zone, assign daily tasks, and ensure productivity.
• Uphold customer service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for merchandise processing.
• Communicate directives and ensure follow-up.
• Perform opening and closing duties as needed.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of supervisory retail experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English.
• Sound judgment and confidentiality.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of retail industry terms and processes.
• Effective communication and delegation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs, push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Stand for long periods, frequent bending, twisting, gripping, reaching, and pinching.
• Occasional squatting, kneeling, balancing, climbing.
• Operate a motor vehicle with a valid license.
