Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, seeks a Zone Maintenance Planner in South Jordan, UT, to coordinate TAR and CAPEX efforts from $100K to $3M, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across ASU, CO2 and VSA sites.

You will develop TAR plans, align Safety, Engineering, and Operations, and drive staffing, scheduling and procurement strategies to optimize project outcomes and plant reliability.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of TAR management or project engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Maximo and I-Procurement.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience supervising or managing projects from $250K to $10MM.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in field/corporate environments.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Model safety behavior and enforce rules; establish safety culture.
• Ensure TAR process is utilized effectively for ASU, CO2 and VSA sites.
• Clarify TAR roles and responsibilities for all involved.
• Drive engagement and alignment with TAR objectives.
• Integrate capital, controls, engineering or operations scopes into TAR plan; report progress.
• Plan and staff TAR, interfacing with Safety, Engineering, Controls & Operations.
• Develop detailed TAR plans including HSE, contracting and procurement strategy.
