Qualifications

• English communication (spoken and written)
• Training skills to effectively train on basic processes and safety
• Basic understanding of staffing processes and performance programs
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory/lead experience in janitorial/building maintenance

Responsibilities

• Lead site crews and perform scheduled work alongside crews
• Interact with client to provide professional and prompt customer service
• Assist manager to recruit and staff employees
• Assist manager to train, motivate, and supervise site/store leads and crew members
• Coordinate crew scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing
• Perform quality control inspections and performance audits
• Monitor task completion to maintain cleanliness standards
• Document crew performance and initiate corrective action with management oversight
• Perform nightly quality control inspections and provide corrective training
• Review and respond to emails regarding operations and customer relations
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and consumables
• Ensure safety and security of buildings and access control
• Perform janitorial/specialty work as needed
• Follow company policies and procedures
