Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8–10 years of experience in retail/dealer networks.
• Ability to interpret retailer financials and advise management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Identify strong retailer candidates with capital, facilities, and experienced management.
• Upgrade underperforming retailers through buy/sells or upgrades.
• Develop retailer facility improvement plans with program support.
• Gather documents for SOA approval with regional/zone teams.
• Improve financial results and track progress via PFS and retailer commitments.
• Coordinate retailer launches with inventory and advertising plans.
• Maintain current Zone Retailer Sales & Service Agreements.
