Job summary

Subaru of America seeks a seasoned business consultant to act as the primary liaison with retailers for vehicle sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, and profitability in the Greater Los Angeles area.

The role requires 6–8 years of experience, a BA/BS degree, and strong skills in communication, leadership, and Subaru BI tools (SBI, iEXAM). The position involves extensive travel and a focus on improving dealer operations and performance.

Qualifications

• 4-Year College Degree (BA, BS) and 6-8 years' experience
• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant experience in dealer operations or sales leadership
• Experience in retail sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Maximizes vehicle retail sales and achieves vehicle wholesale objectives
• Supports SAS and CPO sales
• Improves customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics
• Consults with retailer on profitability and dealer performance
• Drives retailer internet operations and lead processes
• Completes new retailer installations and orientation for sales managers
• Enforces Retailer Agreement and standards
• Provides 10-day sales estimates and weekend business data
• Trains sales consultants and develops PFS action plans
• Travels to retailers (90% travel) to optimize performance
