Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Zip Administrator to own configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Zip intake-to-pay orchestration platform. You will partner with procurement, legal, sourcing, and finance to build intake forms, approval workflows, and routing logic that support compliant purchasing while integrating Zip with ERP and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities include production support, testing changes, and documenting configurations to ensure audit readiness and data

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring or administering workflows in Zip or similar intake/procurement platforms.
• Ability to translate requirements from procurement, legal, sourcing, and finance teams into system configurations.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience testing and launching automated workflows.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Familiarity with ticketing or service-management tools such as Jira for issue tracking and support.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and maintain complex conditional approval workflows, dynamic intake forms, and routing logic within Zip.
• Partner with procurement, legal, sourcing, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Zip workflows.
• Manage service requests, triage issues, and troubleshoot workflow problems using Jira or similar systems.
• Support integrations between Zip and ERP platforms and other enterprise systems for accurate data flow.
• Provide day-to-day production support for procurement, legal, and sourcing teams, ensuring platform uptime and data integrity.
• Test, validate, and release workflow/configuration changes including regression testing during updates.
• Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and workflow efficiency; implement improvements as processes evolve.
• Document workflow configurations and administrative procedures to support knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
