The role focuses on creating, editing, and maintaining IT policies, governance documents, and architecture diagrams to support cyber operations and Zero Trust initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is required.
• Experience writing IT policy, governance, and related documentation.
• Ability to produce architecture diagrams and implementation guides.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and maintain IT policies, strategies, and governance documents.
• Create clear, concise documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Review and edit documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
• Produce architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and security configuration guides.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to gather and analyze information.
• Stay current with industry trends in technical writing and IT governance.
