Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Subject Matter Specialist (Tech Lead) to support Air Combat Command's Zero Trust initiatives at Scott AFB, IL and nationwide. You will provide expert guidance on DoD cybersecurity, architecture, risk management, and compliance, leading enterprise security efforts.

The ideal candidate has a 15+ year IT background, active Secret clearance, CISSP or equivalent, and hands-on experience with NIST RMF and DoD frameworks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• CISSP or equivalent IAT/IAM Level III certification required.
• Minimum 15 years IT experience with DoD, other federal agencies, or Fortune 400 organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide cybersecurity guidance for DoD and Air Force enterprise infrastructure.
• Lead cybersecurity architecture, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
• Apply DoD governance, policies, and RMF requirements.
• Collaborate to design and implement secure IT solutions.
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and incident response planning.
• Mentor junior cybersecurity staff and contribute to knowledge-sharing.
