Job summary

Credence seeks a Staff Consultant to support Air Combat Command ZT efforts at the Pentagon. The role requires DoD governance experience, a solid background in cybersecurity, and the ability to navigate policy environments.

The position involves developing policy, implementing ZT programs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering executive briefings. On-site at the Pentagon with an Active Secret clearance is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related STEM field.
• Experience with DoD governance, infrastructure, policies and procedures.
• Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g., RMF, NIST, DISA STIGs).
• Ability to support SAF/CN mission on-site in the Pentagon.

Responsibilities

• Develop policy, directives, CONOPS, and other docs to support cyber security and ZT.
• Implement Information Protection processes and baseline configurations.
• Maintain knowledge of current guidance and incorporate updates into enterprise strategies.
• Deliver ZT-focused cybersecurity awareness and training for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers and program offices on ZT requirements.
• Support executive briefings and metrics for ZT oversight.
• Create communications and change management support for PM, finance, and process standardization.
• Establish and operate ZT FMO to track roadmaps and milestones.
• Ingest roadmaps, generate I-Plans, and monitor deliverables.
• Assess existing ZT activities and provide recommendations.
• Advise on implementation options and opportunities for program convergence.
• Support ZT transition activities and CP guidance oversight.
• Collaborate with EIT Portfolio managers to synchronize ZT delivery.
• SAF AO duties include creation and tracking of taskers.
• Draft, format, revise policy and strategy documents.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• On-site in the Pentagon.
