Job summary

HP is seeking a Data & Information Technology professional to lead secure provisioning and management of centralized compute deployments. You will drive IaC, CI/CD, and incident response to improve security posture and scalability.

You will own end-to-end processes from architecture to automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed zero-trust design and robust disaster recovery into HP's infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 6+ years configuring firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and traffic load balancing.
• Deep knowledge of L2/L3 protocols (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VXLAN).
• Architecture governance and lifecycle management; IaC experience required.
• CI/CD for network assets; policy-as-code pipelines; automation emphasis.
• Vulnerability management and zero-trust design; security certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and maintain zero-trust SOPs across identity, device, data, and infrastructure.
• Extend IaC pipelines for firewalls, switches, SD-WAN, and edge fabric with Ansible.
• Architect backup, failover, and DR workflows; validate RTO/RPO against SLA targets.
• Integrate vulnerability scanners and policy-as-code into CI/CD pipelines; automate remediation.
• Centralize topology, inventory, and device state via configuration management.
• Collaborate with platform, edge, security, and product teams to embed security in CI/CD.
• Model traffic and compute link utilization; forecast capacity needs.
• Propose tool/process changes to reduce manual effort and improve security posture.
• Rapidly spin up PoC environments to test complex customer requests.
