Job summary

Pueo is seeking a Program Manager with Zero Trust to support the CIO’s Zero Trust program on-site in Reston, VA or McLean, VA (Reston preferred). You will provide direct program management, governance, and executive reporting to enable enterprise cybersecurity transformation, ensuring milestones and communications stay on track.

Qualifications

• Must have a current/active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly.
• Master’s degree (MBA, Cybersecurity, Information Systems) and 12+ years in program management/support roles in federal/DoD environments; or 18+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of Agile/PMBOK, federal cybersecurity frameworks, and Zero Trust fundamentals.
• Strong IC/DoD Zero Trust awareness and ability to translate requirements into action.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication among technical teams, program managers, contractors, and partners.
• Support planning, execution, and governance of ZT initiatives; develop schedules and milestones.
• Track performance, report progress to leadership, and identify risks with corrective actions.
• Maintain records of decisions, action items, and follow-ups for accountability.
• Prepare executive briefings and program updates; ensure DoD/IC/federal framework alignment.
